Today, we are breathing in the world, where if you aspire to be someone, you need to compete for it; you need to fight for it. There are so many other mortals focussing on the same laurel, but who is the Arjun over here...
its so much to struggle for...to get into IITs ...medicals..
so many students and above all the reservation scheme...shatter peace n stressing more on mugging up.
My question today is whether this type of climate, proves to be beneficial to us?
We all are a bit too tender of it, aren't we?
Moreover, is only mugging up, being a doctor and engineer the whole aim of our lives?
Are doctors and engineers the only leaders of our India, or for that matter, our world today?
Can't a simply person like you and me, live a satisfied life being a farmer, a teacher, a postman...or that cause?
Why parents want their offsprings to attain reputation and secured life? why the automatic names of doctors, engineers or IAS come in the picture?
my question is why this kind of feeling inculcated and how can it be just erased?
the answers will never in ways of "this should, they could."
but should be ."I will."
The power of these words brings a difference!!!

Today we are living in a society where if we aspire to be someone, you need to compete for it; we need to fight for it.and thus situation for the students over here become more worser.Their parents want them to get mainly into IITs ...medicals in which they compete with their fellow friends on the basis marks. They want marks and only marks their dreams start with marks and end with marks this make them to strees more on mugging up their course books. But does mugging up books wiil help them to be a developed child no, not at all so why to make this society more competitive why not to open more fields for the studets in which they can compete in a healthy manner which wiil be more useful and safe one for them.
ReplyDeleteya, obviously, we have to be someone in r life to get respected. imagibe those who r visually challenged and cannot have intellectual processing, how ill they face life. they have to do the extra ordinary stuff to get into our news...the so very ordinary ones? why exaclty is this so much of rush?
ReplyDeleteis it because of having secure lives or just prestige?
why r students sold to this world?

“The tough competition of today is killing our tomorrow”There’s excess pressure on the child regarding his future from his parents, teachers, society that he gets nervous frights. What “I am unable to perform well in boards.” Forget it man. Boards will come when they will have to come you study without tension and fear.
ReplyDeleteAs soon as boards are over the fear of competitive exams, job security haunts him. I have met students who had started the preparations of IIT, Medicals right from std 7th. There are many instutes in Kota providing coaching for IIT from std 8th itself. No activities, only studies, studies. Is this life? After coming out of the college you’ll realize that during these 8years you achieved nothing but this degree.
I don't know why people are not satisfied with what they have. They start hating even the lovely roses of their garden simply because their neighbours have daffodils."I can'nt bear my child opting for arts, commerce. Nothing below IIT is allowed. Study, Study ". What's this? Let the growing buds bloom freely without any insecurity. In this way they'll give the best nectar and the sweetest fragrance to the society.
i will is really important if we want to change the entire scenario. we have to change the system in which we are living. until and unless we do so, we cannot call oursleves real humans... i guess its high time we shud explain to ourselves what r individuality is.
ReplyDeleteagreeing to abhisekh, i wud literally critise thye entire system which makes studies so very important rather than the individuality of the child.
ReplyDeleteas a student passes his 10th class board exam, or even in ninth or tenth class, peer and parental pressure start mounting on him to clear IITJEE or medical entrance, he did not even get the time to think what he likes or why he is born to this universe , what's his aim in life. It's a very dismal fact. Of late, the parents have to become much more lenient to their child and respect his views and likings.
